How do I use your products? Our conjure oils are skin safe and work best when worn directly on the skin. However, you can also use the oils to anoint your intention/spell candles. You can use the oil in your bath or shower. You can also use the oil in most diffusers. You can add a few drops to wax cubes. The oils are safe to be mixed with our bath products, so feel free to add a few drops to your ritual bath. Each product has a description detailing the ways our products should be used. 

How long does shipping take? Processing takes 3-5 days and shipping can take anywhere between 4-7 days. We ship all orders priority through USPS. Please keep in mind USPS could be experiencing transit delays at any given time. Once we ship your order, it is now in the possession of USPS. If USPS happens to be experiencing a delay it is out of our control how fast the package will arrive. We will do everything to keep you updated if a transit delay does occur. If you purchase the Skip The Line Pass, your order will be processed within 24 hours and shipped through USPS Priority. Candle orders will take up to 48 hours for processing.

Are your products real magic? We do not advertise or make any claims that our products are magic. Our products are to be used as tools to help you meditate and manifest your intentions. We have thousands of positive reviews on Etsy that validate the effectiveness of our products. However, we cannot and will never make any promise to work "magic" in your life.  Are your items really handmade? Yes! Although my business has grown tremendously since 2020, I (Precious Williams) make ALL of my products. All of my products are uniquely handcrafted (by me) and cannot be found in any commercial stores or websites. I create my products in small batches to make sure all items are fresh. Some items are made to order which is why our processing time can take up to 5 days. I have a team of amazing people that pack and ship all orders, and we work diligently to make sure all orders are shipped out on time.
